Special Cargo raids...

Anyone else is getting raided much more frequently? I just get a raid almost every time I return from a job. Also when I'm not even registered as CEO wtf!?

If cargo gets raided just change session.

You never get special cargo raids, if you are never a CEO while not in a mission. After you delivered cargo to your warehouse, immediatly resign from being CEO, after you did ANYTHING just always resign, then this can NEVER happen.

 

I got 5 full large warehouses, and they never get raided, because whenever i got the choice between MC or CEO, i always choose MC to do things, until my warehouses are empty again.

If i remember correctly Tez2 said that once you hit 78 crates in a large warehouse a 5 hour timer starts, after which you will get raided. The timer does not stop even when not CEO but it does pause when you do missions, events, supply runs and so on.

Raids never happen while not being CEO, you MUST be CEO to trigger raids.

 

I currently in this very moment let my char "drive well rather move it with the legs" backwards in circles on the airport, trying to change my fav bike, i would have been raided many times, if raids could happen while you are not even registered as CEO. My char did this the last 2 nights, and now. And of course nothing got raided.

 

I currently got 5 full large warehouse.

That's the problem, sometimes i don't even get noticed when happens, i only get noticed when the raid is concluded and i've lost. I need to check icons on the map everytime and see when they disappear, that means i'm get raided.

Just guessing here, were you CEO when you started that contact mission? Maybe you stay CEO somehow in the background even if you are not in a freeroam session anymore.

 

This never happened to me because i only play freeroam 95% of the time. I barely do anything else than play in freeroam.

I always quit when i finished sourcing, sometimes i also remain CEO tho... now i don't remember but joining a mission should reset the cooldown for being raided not give me one immediately when i'm back...

 

I play mostly in freeroam as well (especially invite only) then i join missions (races, deathmatches, heists etc...) using the phone or accepting invites (when i was receiving invites from randoms that now i don't receive anymore except for those Martin and Arena War ones)

I don't think ANYTHING else resets the cooldown, only an actual raid does. The cooldown to a raid always gets closer 0 whenever you are a CEO and outside of a mission, nothing stops that.

 

And yeah like i already said, i still got my 5 full large warehouses, and i never get raided, because im never a CEO outside of missions. The only thing i do as a CEO currently is I/E, after i delivered the car to the Vehicle Warehouse, i immediatly resign as CEO. And after i sold an I/E car, i immediatly resign as CEO, i don't even wait for the screen that shows how much you earned, how much dmg the car took etc. to dissapear. I do this while that is on screen, in the background blind. Yeah this way i never got raided, and i do this since a few years, exactly like that.

Can safely say that Raids happen regardless of being a CEO/VIP.  I've been getting them a bunch but the issue is really the fact the game does not notify you of the raids at all.  You get absolutely nothing indicating a Raid besides the minimap losing most of its icons, which you may not even notice.  Have even been kicked out of Business Battles with zero clue on why because of a warehouse raid.

 

The only things i've found that work as a "tell" is that LSC/Vehicle Workshops don't work, Minimap loses most of its icons, and actually going to the warehouse being raided.  R* for sure messed something up there as you used to get a call/text about a raid and even a location marker i think.

Did you have any active Lupe sourcing at the times of those stealth raids? Maybe it enables them somehow. But yeah looks like another secret "qol".

Wtf 2 of my large warehouses have been raided, uggggggggggggh one lost half it's stock and the other a quarter, this never happened to me in all these years.

 

Yeah they really sneaked in a secret "QoL" change in there.

 

I been doing cargo since 7 years, this never happened before, now i will stay MC pres whenever i can and only become CEO if i wanna do I/E until the 5 warehouses are empty again.

Well according to these people you get raided regardless if you are ceo/mc/nothing so good luck on that. I guess just have map icons enabled and watch out if anything sus happens and change session asap.

But this shouldn't happen. No i didn't have any active auto-source but i always do that deliver mixed goods thing first. Must have something to do with the fact that now you can source cargo paying warehouses staff without being CEO...

Yeah I guess that's also a possibility. They've put a lot of broken code to the game with this update. And previous one. And one before..

I've posted a video about this problem in my first post. This happens every time i'm done with an activity (survivals, races, contact missions...) 

 

Note the icons disappearing at 0:48 and that i'm not registered as CEO/MC (2:15). Very annoying because you don't get any phone call about the defense mission plus there should be a red cargo icon on the map if your cargo is stolen.
