All these new ways to streamline revenue but nothing to buy...

Anyone else feel this way?  Especially long term players who already own most things?   Not intended to be a bitch & moan, I'd just really like to see some unique things to spend our money on.  For instance, I give them a lot of credit for the Imani tech vehicles, those were actually something new and unique to the game.

 

Would love to see some more unique planes, helicopters, etc.  How about that huge ass plane in the Deluxo mission or the big boeing plane in single player?  Some cooler boats....

 

Heck I'm out here considering buying a Tula plane just to have something different to do

I will say that seeing as the majority of stuff can be done Solo now I have gone back to using my Thruster (Jetpack) so if you want something amazingly fun, easy to use, hard to master etc then buy one of them.

Apart from the fact that they bizarrely made it as a four-engined VTOL, the Tula is probably my most favourite thing in the game. I’m Jake Cutter all the way in that thing.

The Tula is the single best vehicle for grinding as a group. Being able to land anywhere, including water, precisely maneuver using the VTOL mode, use the bombs to clear out ground units and with a little communication the rear mounted gun makes short work of pursuing helicopters. Even over the Avenger because the Tula can land on water.

OP could also waste his money on the golden helicopter and jet, oh and while he's at it, he could buy the rest of the Pegasus and Warstock vehicles/aircraft and don't forget to buy all boats too, because they are sooooo useful.

 

If ppl wanna waste money on useless stuff, there is always something that can be bought.

I see a whole lot of mansions just sitting out there. It would be cool if they made some new interiors and let us live like Micheal and we should be able to own as many properties as we want giving us a ton of spawn locations. I wouldn't mind if a good looking mansion cost the Casino Penthouse full suite levels. It would be something to work towards. How many times you were driving and saw a house or mansion and said to yourself "I wish I can buy that"? Same for warehouse buildings. They would make great standalone garage spaces.

And how should Mansions work? I mean players homes have to be instanced, that would mean, no garden, no swimming pool, no tennis court or whatever. Sure they could add indoor swimming pools, but it's just not the same. Mansions would be places you also only visit a few times and then forget about it, and only use the garage slots, like every other property. If they add mansions they have to add pool tables, pinball machines, a bowling alley, and other activities to it, else it's just a waste of effort and time.

I would like more properties and "fronts" to buy like in the old games. For instance, be able to buy a pizza franchise, a car showroom, a movie studio, liquor stores, you name it.

They could give you a small amount of passive income that can be increased with missions, much like the Agency or the Empires in Vice City Stories

I understand what you're saying. It's why in the high end penthouses we cannot go out on the patio right?  Mansions can have the same kind of scale like the Casino Penthouse. Also it comes down to your style of play. If you just have property strictly as a spawn point and give zero f*@ks about hanging out there, then a mansion is not for you. I enjoy hanging around the Casino Penthouse and even decorating it. Just a large interesting interior is good enough for me. I have a humble, nothing to really look at interior house up in Paleto Bay I consider my character's vacation home. Inside may not be nothing but outside I have the beach on one side and mountains across the street. A mansion garden can simply be part of the outside world along with a swimming pool. Don't need a tennis court or bowling alley btw.

The Tula is one of the most "premium planes" for PVE out in the game, Gas bombs equipped for killing crowds of NPCs without destroying objectives by accident, Tail gun with Insurgent DPS for killing pesky NPC choppers that will glue to your back and killing mobs in general, descent "pea shooter" in the front, hover mode for landing in short spaces, JATO for taking off before NPCs melt you, land anywhere, this was always my to go vehicle when getting the Torpedo ECUs for the fun factor.

I was thinking about this.  Why couldn't the whole exterior be placed under the map once you go into the corona?  Those that don't go into the corona or don't have access, can move around the exterior that exists on the map. I mean, hell, isn't all of Cayo instanced below the map, and that mixes interiors and exteriors (at least what we think of as interiors and exteriors).  But if you own it, the whole thing is instanced below the map.  I am guessing the Ps4 is maxed out on its capabilities, but this should be doable on the new gen machines.  I am not a programmer guy, so if for some reason this can't work, I would love a novice type explanation.

Thruster is useful for doing "Fortified" near the graveyard, then you can just use the "boost" that works only while being on the ground, and fly up to the nearest high building, up there you can just relax 10 minutes and get the money and rp. I sometimes start that vip mission while i go to the bathroom or make myself a little something to eat or whatever.

 

Thruster isn't that bad sometimes.

Maybe they could be instanced at the gate. If you fly over someone's property, you don't see them outside. That way they'd still have use of outdoor amenities like the pool.
