Xbox one lost online character, something weird going on.

Hello everyone,

 

Recently I wanted to play GTA again after not being on it for a while. I re installed the game and when I wanted to join GTA online the game told me to first create a new character. I did not get any warnings or account migration options that I see when I googled about this problem. 

 

Now comes the weird part. Apparently my account got migrated to PS5, even though I only own a xbox one and only ever played this game on the original xbox one ( which I still do ).

 

Have any of you experienced this issue? Check the Rockstar support answer below

Just reply them and tell it's not true. Sometimes they legit answer via some auto bots.
