Claw Machine Unlock Not Showing

I won the Wasabi plush from the machine, got the messages saying I won the shirt and the plush would show up in my arcade office but I don't see either. Did my game not save?

Did you check if you've got the tshirt?

Plushies normally appear if you exit and re-enter arcade. Or just rr the game. If it's not there then tough luck.
