Is gta sa 1.01 version gamefiles different from 1.0 ?

Hello i have 1.01 gta sa version, i want to downgrade 1.0 without downgrader tool, what is the difference between 1.01 and 1.0 for gamefiles ? if i change exe with 1.0 is it work without missing musics and game files ? i have 1.0 exe and 1.01 all gamefiles.

Afaik 1.01 can load 1.0 saves and 1.0 can load 1.01 saves. The 1.01 version just fixes a few bugs but doesn't cut or change anything major. Obviously 1.01 save files won't carry over these fixes if you load it in a 1.0 version.
