- Do you have some mods?

- Did you install Silent Patch?

No, i don't have any mods installed, the game is fresh installed, expect silent patch + i reinstalled it many times but nothing changed
- as i said, i have silent patch, i installed it hopefully it fixes the problem but it didn't work neither
+ thanks i edited the post and added the pic

@Xeerios well.. i won't say differently and i think there is a problem with your files or maybe you should check your drivers...🤔

Actually i also have another suggestion. In steam there is an update called Updated Classic: GTA San Andreas.. They solved some graphical errors there..Why don't you try and see if it solves your problem? 🙂

Just go tho their websites and findout if their game is free or not 😀 After installation you may have to DOWNGRADE it 🙂

You will just go to your Device Manager and find out if there is an update for them.. or you will just take a not of their model names and search them on the internet manually 😉

Hello again, i just realized that this not GTA SA problem only, i have it in other games, i think its probably something related with system files or anything else, if you can help me better with that i would be grateful

You have some obvious software problems..

- Why don't you check all drivers? One of them may outdated..

- The people was also mentioning about compatibility.. you can also apply it..

- If you have some in-build apps or some kind of gaming apps like "Dragon Center" for MSI you may have to tweak it..

- Talking about tweaking.. you may have to check your system if it's overclocked..   🙂

- I already checked for all drivers and all of the are up to date
- And yes i tried the compatibility and troubleshooting but still not working... sadly
- I don't have any of those stuff
I just don't know but i'll tell you something that might be the key (ig), i already upgraded my windows recently, before upgrading there were not any problem with any game, so maybe because of this upgrade, windows is missing some redist files, i'm not sure but maybe you can tell.

My laptop is also installing all the updates/upgrades automatically (Windows 10) and i'm still playing it without problem.. 🙂

It will be an awkward question but i gotta ask it anyway..

Did you install "Sanny Builder" recently and have you ever used a cleo script about graphics? If yes can you please install your game at "C:/Games" and delete everything under "C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/Gta San Andreas" ? 😉

- I use Cleo, But i don't use graphics mod, The thing is, I get the same problem in a clean setup
- I can't find this path "C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/Gta San Andreas", Do you mean the one in the Documents?

Nope.. it should be in "Program Files 86" than but it seems you are not using Sanny so you can just ignore this attempt 🙂
