Since I haven't received any help from Rockstar in over 1 year, I'll try here!

I've been playing GTA 5 on the PS4 since release, but now that dier PS4 is no longer state of the art, and I won't be buying a PS5 just for GTA, I wanted to switch to the PC. So I bought GTA 5 for the PC and also 1-2 Sharkcards and the Enterprise Package, because Rockstar is still not able to introduce ***ing crossplay. So now I have an old account with a high level and many achievements on the PS4 and a nine, in which I have also already invested a lot on the PC. But now, unfortunately, my PC account was hacked and I no longer had access. Any request to the customer support was skillfully ignored and on me as a customer was *** on the part of Rockstar Games. (For example, I can't make a support request without being logged into Social Club, which is pretty hard to do when you've been hacked after all...).After more than a year and several attempts to ask support for help, I received no help at all, but was just screwed, I wanted to take care of it myself and lo and behold, with my linked Playstation account I can still get into my account and even play on the PC. Unfortunately the hacker's email address and password is still verified and I can't do anything about it, I wrote another time to the support team with the screenshots of the hacker's email verification and the linked accounts (my Playstation, Amazon, and Google account). And who would have thought it? They continue to screw me! I can't get in touch with the support team via Social Club until I reply to the email they sent to the hacker...

 

So neither email support, website support, forum on the website, nor Twitter support are interested in helping further. It would be different if they say "Tough luck, better watch out" but they just don't answer at all....

Maybe I'll have more luck here!
