Can other players hear custom radio?

I have no friends to help me test this. Can other players hear songs from the custom radio (self radio)? Especially from a lowrider's speaker system? Help is appreciated.

Of course they can't. The only way to make other people hear it is play it via voice chat.

They can as long as they also have songs in their Self Radio folder. They will only hear their own Self Radio if you change the channel to yours.
