Can't register as mc president at clubhouse

I can't register as mc president at my clubhouse anymore. Is anyone else having this issue. It only recently happened this week after the latest update.

Did you ever get this working?  I have a clubhouse but have no option to register for MC President in the interactive menu.

A lot of new players try to register as MC/CEO while they are already registered as opposite one. If this is the case, just disband CEO.
