I like to give likes etc but is limited?

Going through your profile it looks like you've just recently been moved from "New Member" status to "Members" status since first making this post.

 

GTAF has a restriction on "New Members" due to spam and other issues so they tend to restrict several features until you're moved into the "Members" status upon making 20 post on the forum and you've since done that by making your 20th post short after making this thread so you're "Like" limit should increased now but I do remember a while back that even regular members were limited to like 50 a day or something like that i'm not sure if you're one of those people or if it was truly limited for new members
