Very frustrating when you're just minding your own business and it appears that no one else is anywhere near you then all of a sudden some assh*le appears and starts harassing you but their blue blip is not on your mini map. I'm on X box and have experienced that sort of thing once or twice, either the blip was faded or the player's character would look ghosted out and fade in and out of view. Sometimes this was because the player was still locked into ghost mode as they just left a stranger area or one of the safe places like the store. I've been using Lobby Manager for that, and suspending the process for 7-10 seconds works too if you dont want to use any external tools. Pretty much mandatory once you finally get that rare pelt and want to take it to Gus without some Klansman teleporting to you and setting you on fire.
