Why tf doesn't the gates work???

Did the new updates "break" the ability for the surrounding rolling gates at the airport? It's completely unnecessary to have to drive all the way around to the main entrance and then it doesn't help that the GPS takes you straight to the back gate that, AGAIN!!, doesn't even open when you want to board your plane. Rockstar, PLEASE FIX!!!
