[Xbox 360] GTA: San Andreas Easter Basin Docks Blackboard Bug - Console Crashes!

You may know this bug: Everytime I'm in the area around "Easter Basin Docks" on Xbox 360, the console crashes! I graduated from driving school and motorcycle school in the game. Based on research on the net, I think I know that the bug is caused by the latter. Since I would very much like to complete the game 100 percent, I'm wondering if I can do something about it without having to start the game from the beginning. Is there any way I can edit Xbox 360 save files or upload them somewhere for editing? That would be wonderful! Thank you in advance and best regards.
