Recon Drone not available during Cayo Perico Heist

In November 29, 2021 I contacted Rockstar Support of a bug, that I experienced in the Cayo Perico DLC.
The Bug is simple:
-Own a Night Club and a Terrorbyte
-Do the first time enterint the Terrorbyte cutscene where you meet Paige
-Do several missions with the Terrorbyte (actually use it)
-Start a Cayo Perico Heist Setup
Situation A:
-In Freemode, purchase Recon Drone Support Crew in your Kosatka
-Start the heist
-During the heist disable the air defenses
-Recon Drone can't be requested because the menu says "You must meet the Crew Member in the Terrorbyte first"
Situatin B:
-In Freemode, don't purchase Recon Drone Support Crew in your Kosatka
-Start the heist
-In the setup screen during the last chance to hire support crew Recon drone is grayed out with "You must meet the Crew Member in the Terrorbyte first"

After getting generic responses like "how much money did you loose" or "have your verified your games integrity" I finally got a normal response that actually deals with the issue.

So naturally after months, and them announcing that they are nerfing heists, I thought that they finally at least fixed this problem. But no, the same thing is still in the game, despite that I own a Terrorbyte, purchase Recon Drone in freemode for 25k and disable the air defenses of Cayo Perico, I still can't use the Recon Drone because "I haven't met that Crew Member in the Terrorbyte yet".

I do hope that tomorrows update will include this fix, but otherwise this is quite infuriating.
