GTA crashes upon startup.

Hey guys. 
I've been trying to launch GTA for about 3 weeks now but it keeps crashing before menu even appears, sometimes before anything even starts loading. 
Verified the game files, reinstalled the game, updated windows, still nothing. 

How can i play the game again?

 its not crashing right now, just not frozen at loading screen, can hear the menu music. 

every other time its error 0xc0000005
