The image is below https://imgur.com/a/D14k2nR I know that there are some fixes for crane area crashing and deleted blackboards but why don't you give a chance to install one of them by BACKING UP YOUR SAVE FILE FIRST and see if it is works?? If old or downloaded saves don't have the same problem, or others can see the same thing in your save, then it's probably a save related issue. If you think the problem is save related then please upload your save to GTASnP.com and post the link here. Don't bother with the blackboard fix script, it's not the same problem. If the problem is what I suspect, the easiest solution is to finish the list using online reference as best you can, and hope the next list is presented in the current language.
