From the new pictures we can see the female character has new hair, airport style earphones, and what I believe to be new shoes? Also that hairstyle is really nice, makes me think of a mix of Agatha Baker and Georgina Cheng. Still though, was hoping we'd get longer hair.

Could be meant to be an older version of the GTA VC and SA one, but I do hope we get the Fifth Avenue in the game at some point, that's a lovely car tbh, but love to see liveries and modifications for the car thar are based on the Blues Brothers Dodge Monaco tbh

Yeah my guess is a 4th gen Camaro firebird hybrid or another variant of the 3rd gen ruiner we already have.

Blues brothers monaco is a 74. The one we're getting in the game is a 75/76 coronet/fury and 77/78 monaco/fury hybrid. It's more in line with police cars used on shows like the Dukes of Hazzard.
