The Rhinehart should be a new Ubermacht vehicle, and probably one of the new Tuners. The name is a reference to Neo's former Boss Rhineheart, in The Matrix.

It's not the first time rockstar naming vehicles after characters(and things) that in the film - Ubermacht Cypher, Sentinel, Zion, Oracle.

Since there will be Benny's R8 if default one don't have that option, Benny's variant will probably offer that, even better would be to have convertible feature so we can choose whichever we want while driving.

Maybe yeah.

I wish they would bring some previously released cars to the Tuner class too, though. Elegy Retro Custom, Penumbra FF and Jester Classic would fit perfectly.
