Then you're missing out. I have some amazing vehicles made with glitches dating all the way back to my Marty McFly clean Rebel I created with a save editor way back on 360. It has the baja bumper and roof lights. They don't spawn that way.

Still remember that i had a Entity XF with Chrom and neon green glitched to make it look like the alien egg, the windshield and side windows reminds me always at the ufo above fort zancudo

 

Since rockstar combines this update with real life, being able to buy different face mask would be cool if some other members here would be interested in that too

Because it's day 1 of the DLC, or perhaps there's not gonna be dripfeed like LSSS? So instead GTA+ members get the car for free instead of early.

No, gta+ is anything but dead. the car is free for whoever has the sub, and available for everyone else for a regular price.
