Thank you. I knew all the "agencies" drive the Undercover vehicles. Turning a basic Stainer into the undercover version that you can add ram bars, meshed windows etc to would make sense as would what the other user said and making a Police conversion to the new Granger.

The Barrage on the other hand, I likely wasn't going to keep it, until I accidentally discovered you can fit the Cliffford logo to it via the Arena. No way was I getting rid of something R* never intended for us to have access to, but was made so easily available a year later.

Coil Cyclone is the blue car, barrage is the other vehicle

Coil Cyclone - you only see Avon with it once, in the Act 1 Finale closing cutscene. As for the Barrage, you can easily put the Cliffford logo that was made exclusively for the missions it appears in on it for about 11,000 if you take one to an Arena Workshop with all the mechanics, because the inadvertently unlocks a Vanity Plate option the Barrage has. So I'm assuming that's how you would do it with the Khanjali, problem is that can't be stored anywhere other than the Facility.

 This thing alone and I'd be happy with the update. I know this is more wishful thinking than realistic expectations, but it could be an unlockable for completing the IAA missions or part of the dripfeed.

The news bit in the trailer with the heatwave triggered an memory from either a movie, cartoon, or a game trailer, it was a weather update over a car radio, and it went something like "It's a scorcher out there today, with a whopping 98 degrees in the shade" (and a echo effect played over the word "shade"), and I can't for the life of me remember where it's from, funny how something similar pulls out a memory like that.

I always over conflate Avon with Elon assuming Avon is the owner of Coil Industries, but that’s not the case is it? He just drives one? That hair plugs burn still gets me every time lol..

Beats me, i have no idea. Perhaps because a cowboyhat has a different length or width than other hats in the code.

I am not sure if it works that way ir i just had bad luck because in my experience when my Cocaine lab was full and a week after was 2x money on it, i could only sell it for the normal price. 

I would first fill up a business while a 2x money event is Active and try if it works with the update boost too.

 

Another think i found out is you can not use a discount coupon for a vehicle that has already a discount
