Easiest way to attain all properties?

I forgot how difficult it is making money in this game. Im at the point in the game where I can progress unless I get all properties. I dont wanna use cheats either wanna do it completely legit

There is a glitch involving Cone Crazy which can get you a lot of many fast.

 

 

Otherwise I suggest doing Mr. Black's mission and then buying the cheaper properties first. Vercetti Estate will make up to 5000$ upon completing its missions which is nice, the Pole Position Club just requires you to watch a stripper for a few minutes which doesn't require a lot of effort in comparison to the money it brings. Sunshine Autos, if I recall right, gives you some money for each vehicle delivered and each list bumps up the maximum revenue produced by the asset, making the dealership a good investment.

It's not a glitch it's a LEGIT money.. you just need to calculate the time and complete them correctly.. 

 

 

THIS is a GLITCH/TRICK but not a CHEAT 

 

 

 

You can also follow this to shake off some annoying errand missions  But be careful.. i think this one leaves a BLIP on your RADAR...

I'd do in der order of the following, switch one or two perhaps:

- Boatyard (one mission)

- Pole Position (requires almost nothing and is semi-fast)

- Cherry Poppers Ice Cream (50 sales, semi-quick stuff)

- Sunshine Autos (as said, each delivery nets something and completed lists raise total generated muneyz)

- Kaufman Kabs (three missions)

- Film Studio (four missiones)

- Print Works (two missiones)

- Malibu Club (four missiones)

Why this order? Cheaper and quick to get generating -purchases make muneys while ye do all else things

Alternatively you can take the Hunter and play the vigilante sub-mission in the port, airport, Little Havana and Little Haiti area.

If you just want to make money and don't care about glitching it, go for the Cone Crazy exploit as GhettoJesus has mentioned already.

 

Oherwise, you could grind firefighter or vigilante missions to make a lot of money.

 

Usually I just play through the story as intended and always go to the second island early and buy Skumole Shack to have a save point on the second island. Ocean Beach is perfectly fine for the first island anyway.

Here's an alternative to Cone Crazy,this includes cheats and the help of the trainer

1. Use Trainer to freeze mission timer(Probably health & armor too) - Optional but it will make your job easier
2. Type "Panzer' - Enter & Exit,run a little away
3. type "BIGBANG"

repeat it till you make enough

 

You get to make $50,000 by Level 100

There's a glitch that can make you make money fast but it only works on DE.

 

You can get an ambulance after you get the mansion, trigger the mission, and then simply keep exiting and entering the mansion while In the vehicle over and over until you make lots of money (plus you become fireproof after level 12).

Buy the Pole position first since you only need to spend 300 or 600$ while watching some dancing girl so it generates money.

Sorry for late reply but you can use the property replay glitch where you can buy any property you want for free as long you have to money for it

How to do this:

1) walk inside the icon where you have to buy the property

2) make a replay: F2 F3 F3 F2

3) walk away from the icon and spam F3+TAB until you see that the property is purchased

 

It works only on PC version because of the replay feature

What I found to make money early in the game - after 'Demolition Man' for Avery, a Fire Truck will spawn next to the building. Simply take this and grind fire-fighting missions. It also allows you to kill 2 birds with 1 stone because you can Pass mission 12 at the same time and you're only like 6 missions into the game!
