So, I know I recently submited an SnP, but I forgot that this difficult mission comes up. 

 

-If you fail (or get killed or arrested), please reload.

-Thereafter, please save at the Links View Apartments (closest to Avery's anyway)

-If you can at all help it, please do not take a car from the garage because I like the car I have in there. Besides, once you trigger the mission, it's just a short walk to the truck.

- No civilian except construction workers and PIGs injured or died..

- I've only walked so your "Distance Travelled By Car" stats didn't increase..

- I've saved the game in front of Rosie's Office because there was only Diaz left after this mission and i think it is closer to reach his mansion
