And we've had enough of it as well over the past few years, especially the last time this was discussed. Be overly offensive just for the sake of it or start using slurs and you're not welcome here. I don't think a female protagonist would be realistic in a game such as Red Dead, but in a GTA game it's totally realistic.

So you telling me they have been developing GTA VI non-stop since 2015 ... LOL.

Let me remind you that RDR2 released in between, which soaked up probably 90% of Rockstars' entire development team over a few years as well and Covid slowed down games' development extremely as shown by many other games/developers over the last couple of years. Games had to be delayed constantly because due to work-from-home, lockdowns. etc. things slowed down.

Maybe they will overcorrect this time due to V's near lack of interiors and make every building accessible

More interiors than previous GTA games ... well, that doesn't mean much since previous GTA games barely had any interiors to begin with. LOL

So I remain skeptical for now until I see there's hundreds of unique interiors in the game.

It was nice to read about the positive changes to environment at Rockstar however this line really worries me. It would be very disappointing if god forbid they actually go with a chapter system released over time as some people have suggested. I hope the game is complete when released and the adding new missions and cities is post game content.

 

Many people here also believe that Rockstar is moving to GaaS which is far fetched but still could be true given how Rockstar seems to like online more than story mode. I really don't know what to make of it and we can only wait to see what the game entails. Even if the missions and cities are added to game post launch as additional content I hope it makes it way to Single Player as well and not just for online as not all players are hardcore fans of the online version. Deep down I hope it means single player dlc however that will never happen but one can hope eh.

 

Now the timing of this leak is really something, just yesterday we had the GTAO DLC release and people found the "tropical breeze next week" line which could in some way be indicating to a tease next week for GTA VI? We will see .........

I didn't say non stop, but game companies actually managed to release games in the Covid year, so it's not like they completely paused the development because of it for a year or so.

if there's gonna be tons of interiors, we better be able to jog through all of them.. and if some are large, let us run. like dang.. walking takes forever...

im skeptical about this too, gta 5 had barely any interiors

interiors can make a huge difference, i hope for some cyberpunk-interior level but i doubt it
