You know I've only just put together that there's some potential for a silly pun in the title of this game. Like just calling it GTA Vice City, but it's stylized to include the roman numerals for 6. GTA VIce City. Or maybe just GTA VIce. Yes, it's dumb, and beneath Rockstar. Or is it?

I wonder how high Rockstar would have to price single player dlc to make it worthwhile to develop, rather than just sticking to shark cards

They earned too much from them, losing a bit isn't gonna cause any harm, shark cards will still be bought (idk who buys them)

Investors don't want to lose anything. There's no way they'll let them make dlcs if it won't make record profits. Thats the way it works for these people

Never bought a shark card an never will in any gta an still own everything an enough money for the rest of gta online never understood why anyone would spend real money for something in game that you can get if you play the game 

 

but if sp dlc does become a thing I’d be happy to pay for that if done right an not just done as a cash grab

I think people who buy shark cards are either really lazy and cba farming a single day for a car. Or, they can only play for like a couple hours each week.

 

If anything though I think there's more people of the first kind. So I guess shark cards prove the people got more money than sense.

There’s many ways to make good money on GTA online nowadays , the people who still cry shark cards in 2022 are obviously the folks who don’t even play it lol

I don’t buy shark cards because I don’t value in-game content that much, but I can completely understand why someone might think to themselves “my time is worth $20/h and grinding for that new vehicle or business will take 6 hours, it costs me more to spend 6 hours grinding than it does to buy a shark card and be done with it.” That makes sense to me.

Or just do a few cayo perico heists finales back to back with some friends in less than a hour

I think GTA is way too big to have a subtitle now. Especially now that it's been so long since the last one.

 

With so many developers making mobile games and spin offs and stuff, people who aren't really following GTA news and Rockstar news are going to be wondering if this is really the next big one and not some side thing. Meanwhile "GTA6" by itself brings in the money, without even being revealed or anything, people just hear it and are like "yeah, this is it". It gets straight to the point.

 

Of course I could be wrong though...
