we might get a Max Payne 4 but I don't remember the recent story, played it at release ages ago

A max payne 4 won't work. His story ended with 3. Unless it's a game that takes place between 2 and 3 I can't see it.

let me guess, you also played max payne series because you were waiting for GTA V at the time?

Minecraft, The Sims, Ark, etc. I definitely think they're gonna give us the freedom to decorate our own spaces this time around instead of the basic few layouts everyone gets. This is an absolute must-have. Yeah yeah, I know "Buh-huh this isn't The Sims", but I want to have an actual reason to be in my apartment - and that'll only be the case if I can at least choose an interior style that I like. Sounds weird, but I actually want to feel at home there. Like a familiar place that I can always come back to. Never had that in GTAO.

 

For example, I really disliked the first 200k - 400k apartments, so I was never in there.

in two years there have been 35million units sold at a time of a chip shortage. I can see that number at least reaching 50mil by 2024 if not more. GTA 6, if announced this year, would release around 2024, so yeah it can be announced this year IF the game is ready to announce

That's the first time I played them back then.

I was underage at the time so no  no way to buy Max Payne 3 when you're 16  and gamestop will ID you and your parents will keep on saying no. I got it like a year or two later after I played V.

yeah I want them too on PC, there were modders trying to bring them over on pc but Take-Two removed them quite aggressively. I know it is a copyright issue but come on, they were nearly finished...they could of like hired them to make those ports official or something not destroy what they were doing like that.

I hardly play many games these days except for NBA 2K unfortunately  I want to play my old games because they are better than these new games. Just fix them up and remaster them all at 4K/60 FPS.

Regarding having long weapons on your person - anyone feel it would break the immersion to be walking around with an assault rifle slung over you back or shoulder? It worked in RDR2 because it would have been the norm back then for people to openly walking with rifles strapped to their body but for a game set in modern times I think it would look kinda odd.

 

Maybe it was just for testing purposes but I hope we're able to realistically conceal rifles and shotguns in clothing like long coats and such.

Maxing out ALL the settings is pointless, yes. Just look at RDR2 - there's so much sh*t that makes like 1% of visual difference with 20% worse performance. V's Ultra grass quality still tanks FPS on modern GPUs 7 years later.

 

You can run everything on Ultra just for bragging rights, or you can spend like 15 minutes tweaking the settings and get enough wiggle room to run the game at higher FPS or higher resolution.

You been to the south or any state that's big on the 2nd amendment? They love guns there. Granted Miami is a bit different no one is gonna be open carrying an assault rifle. But there are multiple gun stores in Miami.

It seems you'll be able to put them in the trunk and you can get them anytime you want. The NPCs might react to you carrying a weapon publicly, maybe calling police on you.

Hopefully we get that climbing system from GTA IV back. It was so much fun. Expecially discover nice ways to climb somewhere up with friends online.

Yeah, I never said otherwise. But if they were totally overhauling everything, I don't think it would start off looking just like V. Even the roughest early version of IV would have been a clearly new game built from scratch and not just another Renderware update. This looks like it's basically building on V. And I never said that's a bad thing.

 

I don't pay any attention to RDR so 

 

Again, I'm not judging the graphics as they are, but as a base from which they will improve. They appear to basically be starting with V and refining it from there. That was my point. I thought i stated it pretty clearly...
