16 days before Halloween, Rockstar will start featuring UFOs within GTA Online. On October 23rd, the stealth UFO will appear instead of the regular UFO model.   Now I know what you thinking,

Why do some people want to have a fuel system in GTA VI? What's the point? Apart from becoming extremely annoying and making the game unfun?

You could please both if there was have a toggle for it. A fuel system can be quite fun and interesting.

i mean Mafia 2 had a fuel system and that's one of the reasons it was fun. plus you could turn that feature off i'm pretty sure. i want my car to be able to break down, run out of gas. it raises the stakes and makes you want to take care of your car just the same as you had to take care of your horse, keep it in distance, and have the possibility of it dying in RDR2

no but it will weaken your horse if you don't take proper care of it. and the car won't die. it will just be out of gas. which is why you can store gas cans in your trunk or on the back, giving gas cans an actual use instead of just starting fires.

i don't think Miami is run by gangs but more so hoods and blocks. from the nightclub it seems we'll definitely be seeing some Jamaican/Haitian gangs but i don't see the italian mafia showing up at all

So someone said that actress posted a photo august and it looked like they were just starting mocap. Are they just starting voice acting for this game this year?

Mo-Cap and voice acting are fine tuned all the way through development. It isn't just a one-and-done thing, especially if they have to make adjustments to the story/plot throughout development. Just look at what must've been altered just from the dev build of GTA V that leaked, and that was from only 12-18 months before final product release.

I really wanna see how the artwork will look like in GTA VI.

That removed artwork from Stephen Bliss, our female protagonist looks a lot like her. Don't know if I am allowed to post it, just search it.
