Can anyone explain how a code leak can interfere with Rockstar’s plans or slow something down?

Just gonna make it a rule not to address bad faith concern trolling about the visuals and how done this looks, its clearly not finished but its obviously alot further along in development.

 

IMO the 2019 footage alone looks like a game that has been in development a while and not exactly an early prototype figuring out what the game is.

A reveal this year is all but guaranteed, but a release is impossible to predict. we have a mostly complete map and the core game is there.

(i shouldnt be surprised but theres a bloke on a gta forum moaning about how a gta game looks like a gta game).

 

Time will tell if the leaker goes further and releases his supposed test builds and source code but hopefully rockstar starts talking soon.

it's 100% a legit GTA Leak.

 

Modders would make it look worse, this is professionally made but soulless and messy.

 

No one would have the time to create such a professional prototype in their free time just to pretend to be GTA VI

this instantly woke me up tho, 7am could barely open my eyes till I saw a message from my friend

 

i was expecting it to look a bit better but I also wonder, how old is this footage. I hope it’s not released on last Gen, I feel like stock of parts and consoles has mostly chilled(especially so by release)

edit, just saw more images, some look pretty good like Lucia near the fog, can’t wait to see how the city looks at night with finished lighting

It is all about sharkcards and gta+ so consoles are more importen...
