But I will buy the most expensive edition of this sh!t because of female protagonist ass if it's a day1 steam release......

October is coming soon. I guess it's a month when Rockstar likes to make GTA announcements? I don's see how they could NOT make an official announcement if this is real (and it looks like it is). The beans have been spilled. Maybe it's even a controlled leak.

RDR2's map was actually leaked earlier in 2016 IIRC.

I have no doubt that was the original concept. I'm sure it was pushed to modern day when GTA Online took priority above all else.

I'm kinda disappointed with what I've seen. If you compare this with RDR2 it definitely does NOT look like an improvement. In fact, it looks way worse. Worse than GTA V even. Doesn't really look like a Rockstar game, more like Watch Dogs or Saints Row. I hope the final game looks and plays much better than that. Also I hope that the eventual quality drop is not the result of Dan Houser leaving R* and zoomers taking over the company.

It looks worse because it's in development, I thought that would be obvious.

It's an early build, obviously it's not gonna look the greatest. Really makes me wonder what the final thing will look like - anyone catch the character switching? They showed it briefly in the clip with the two protags in the motel room.

Yeah! That's one of the features I wanted the most. It makes the game much more immersive.
