Stop believing this bullsh*t, this guy is just looking for attention. If the development started somewhere in 2014-2016, that it would have already looked better in the first year of development. Rockstar always does the basic mechanics first, it looks like a set of free assets + assets from GTA 5, so that it looks at least a little bit like GTA. Everything is in the public domain, make your game right now. If a guy wanted attention, he got it

I don’t think this is real, but if it is something doesn’t look right. And I can’t imagine them releasing a PS4 game for the next GTA. If it’s playable on PS4, there will be extreme limitations on what’s possible. It would be a massive disappointment, especially considering how long we’ve waited and the fact that they want it to last 10 years.

it's 100% real ps4 may not happen cuz they 

have been making this game even before they had ps5 devkits .

That’s what it looks like to me. It doesn’t look like a Rockstar production, and the “voice work” sounds particularly bad. I’m guessing someone put this out hoping to generate enough controversy that Rockstar will announce the game early to stop the confusion and bad press.

99% its fake, it looks the same as watch dogs 2, even npcs acting the same way, driving and shooting too
