That was a very obvious jab towards current culture war and sh*t. Same reason why Lamar says politically incorrect racial epithets in that specific cutscene but uses the actual N word in every other cutscene.

Motion matching did wonders for ND, and no doubt they are extremely talented too. It'll be interesting to see how Rockstar implements the tech in VI.

Yeah you're right. So it means it won't go that path and remain closer to realism like how most people want. Now the leaks said it won't be like past GTAs with too much offensive stuff so we'll have to wait and see what it means by that. I am guessing stuff like the torture scene and other which I don't care about.

that was pretty funny. I seriously doubt that R is going to get rid of the mature humor. I think they might "punch up" a little more though which is good. I still think we will still see funny phallic stuff on the map. I am hoping R goes a little harder on the nudity than Cyberpunk did. I am sure they will either keep the same level of mature themes and humor as V or even add more..its all up for debate

I think it's pretty likely, if the rumors are true that they had to downsize the scope of the game, that doesn't mean that they're just putting so much of the work they've done in the trash, they'll just repurpose it into large scale expansions. This is like a 10 year game so they have plenty of time.

No man it's actually gonna be even more serious than that. No more guns, no more cars, no more planes, no helicopters. Hell no freeroam either. The gameplay is going to be super serious and the protagonist is only going to be able to read books. Not just any book either nonfiction boring serious books.

I was thinking it'd be possible for them to make the story mode in the 70s/80s and the Online mode connected with GTA Online set in modern day. Like red dead redemption 2 the map was changing.

 

The reason I don't want one in modern day is specifically because GTA V was fully set in modern day and keeps going from 2013 til 2020s in story, we also had the problems of modern life (like Tracy and Jimmy random scenes and stuff), we had the social media mission GTA V and the AI that has taken control in GTA Online Doomsday Heist and on and on just few examples. To me they have  done so much with a modern day setting that if they pick one they should have it fully focused on crime instead of anything else. If they pick 70s/80s for story mode, they can do what they couldn't do with GTA Vice City and Stories.

 

But well I think it is in modern day. Hope story is good but either way I don't like modern day.

Biggest franchise and also has a huge Online mode, that means $89.99.

Why Zelnick, what about the other 2 CEOs of TakeTwo? They don't do anything? What of Sam Houser for Rockstar? I don't think TakeTwo has that much power right...?

edit: I forgot there's too many editions of games now. We will see "Deluxe, Gold, Ultimate" editions. lol

Gta 6 is not gonna be serious and less satitical. 

 

Gta iv seriousness was transfered to red dead series. 

 

Gta 6 will be funny, goofy game you can play after a long day at school/work and just relax.
