I'm guessing new cities along the East Coast, plus Cuba, maybe even Liberty City, given the Project Americas ambition. North Yankton on the other hand, I doubt would have been expanded.

Didn't think people would get so engaged with the tropical storm stuff, it's strange but i'm pretty sure that bloomberg article was just a coincidence and if i were you i wouldn't expect anything, that tropical storm remark by ULP was just something that felt weird and that's why we mentioned it but keep low guys

Personally, I used to think of Project Americas as a two-city affair- Vice City as the primary location, and a South American location, which would be relatively smaller. But, if the 3 cities and 4 protagonists rumour is correct (which is pretty likely imo), that map would've been absolutely enormous, probably 3-4 times the size of V's map.

The current Vice City and surroundings plan would probably be as big as V, if not bigger. Pretty much like how RDR2's new locations combined were ~1.5 times larger than RDR1's map. It should feel much denser anyway, with more interiors, vastly imrpoved world simulation, and all.

GTAV's map is completely stupid, yes.

2/3 of the space is wasted by Blaine County and mountain ranges which surve no purpose from either a story or gameplay perspective.

Los Santos is a really shallow city in V as well ... it's really nothing compared to the bustling Liberty City from GTA IV.

Here's hoping that GTAVI has a great map again.

GTAV's map is a failure through and through in my opinion.

You have no clue what you’re talking about. Chicago has been in a resurgence since 2011 and the Chicago rap scene shed a spotlight on how the streets of Chicago are. Chicago is one of the most popular and violent cities in the country and has a culture you can’t feel anywhere else. I remember when I was about 19 and I moved to Chicago for about a year, it was magical. Dirty, violent. Uninviting… but the city is almost magnetic, I love it!

I sometimes wonder when people are describing how a city is ideal for a GTA game, do it's residents who visit forums like these feel flattered or insulted.
