Some people simply treat it as work, which is fair enough.

 

Not everyone is as clued in on the games industry either, some still see it as a kids then despite it being one of the biggest forms of entertainment in the world (second only to TV I think?), which is why it can struggle to attract famous talent - budget and time restrictions aside. There's been a few that have got involved that have genuinely be shocked how big the impact has been, Stephen Merchant was one those. He took the job not knowing much about the industry and in the end didn't particularly enjoy the work cause of how time consuming it was and how it hard it was on his voice, but then the game came out and was a giant success and his part was loved by fans, which really opened his eyes to it.

Yeah, not everyone is like Roger Clark and Benjamin Byron Davis, which both of them finished both Redemption games.

I love how a big complaint from a lot of those types always revolves around the strip clubs and hookers.

 

I mean sure they're classic GTA features but they're a miniscule part of the wider game... but it's always them they point out.

 

Some of them give of the impression that they genuinely don't think woman pay for sex or visit strip clubs either, which tells you all you need to know about where they are at in their lives.

I agree. Some actors who lend voices to video games just do the job they are there to do. Some of these men and women are rarely gamers.

Oh this will be relevant for a very long time. The goal is to create an archive that can also help when dealing with future leaks for games like GTA 7 or RDR3, etc.
