Same sh*t to me with everything Online here and there. But fair enough. 

 

Just seems weird if they announce the next GTA during all this sudden activity and the month long event or something due to the 25th anniversary.

 

The VI announcement likely would be overshadowed by the giveaway of R* tee's so it's understandable they might delay it.

Yeah but your whole spiel about GTAO delaying the development of GTAVI is absurd. These kinds of games take a long time to develop. Just look at RDR2, they worked on it for 8 years; 2 years of planning and 6 years of development, and all of their studios were working on it at the same time. If they started developping GTAVI right after RDR2 came out, then it has only been 4 years since they started development (they probably started planning around 2015). And also, it doesn't take 2000+ employees to make GTAO DLCs and content updates, plus GTAO is becoming outdated, it's running on a 10 years old engine and there is only so much that they can add because of the limitations.

I hope so they telling us something as earliest as possible  I had to talk about online cause it actually had a very personal effect on me and cause of it I lost my friends thats why I was bit angry on it and had to mention it , Sorry .

I was thinking about how Horizon FW & Ragnarok took almost 5 years to make. And despite being great games, they don't come close to the complexity of a modern GTA.

 

But no one complains about it, because there isn't a "online mode bad" circlejerk for people to rely on. & I see many forgetting -or purposely ignoring- they released RDR2 four years ago.

Dunno man. SQL is a database language and as far as I know it's used in games too. Then the fact that it's MySQL, emphasis on My/Mine, with all the demanding of the announcement like a tantrum ("Mine mine!", not to be confused with Minecraft although there's an overlap).

 

They're being subtle with those hints really. Well done R*, it's such little things that make me appreciate them. Never disappoints me.

 

Still, where's the actual announcement? Disappointed in R* really
