Not sure, but I do know that there was a small bit of instructions on how to build the project to play test it or something. The pdf file with the budget was leaked some time after the initial leaks, if I recall right.

As long as we don't spam garbage randomly too many times or post misinformation and even fake stupid leaks multiple times all over the forums not just this place, is all good. Vampzy posted some fake take2 documents in few threads and other stuff not only here.

Rockstar Games doesn't purposfully announce their games 2 years ahead of their release. That only happens because of unexpected delays.

They focus on RDO now. Pack it up guys, November is already over just as it started. We won't get the VI announcement until the year X

 

Unless the conference call coming next Monday changes everything. Guess it means we can order an extended stay. Let the Hype rise again

It’s honestly pretty insane to think that in total, Rockstar might end up having been working on GTAVI longer than RDR2. Because RDR2 was in development for 8 years, 2 of which were pre-production (planning the game and the story) and 6 of which were production with all of their studios combined. So if GTAVI’s pre-production started in 2014 and that production started at the end of 2018 after RDR2 came out and if we assume that it takes them 6 years to produce the game with all of their studios, for a 2024 release. That would be a total of 10 years of development.
 

But this length of time can be explained by the fact that:

1. Between 2014 and 2018, most of Rockstar’s staff was working on RDR2, so the people who were doing pre-production for GTAVI didn’t really have much to do in the meantime
2. Rockstar changed their work culture in order to avoid crunch and are therefore taking their time making the game, plus the fact that the development probably got slowed down because of COVID-19.

I'm not in a the mood to get banned today  As others said, you can easily find it if you look it up, it didn't have much info. Only had like 2-3 sentences about running a build in Visual Studio with some flags or something, don't even remember since it wasn't too interesting.
