To the people who have knowledge about game development, in the leaked footages we saw that almost all peds are dummies, how much time needed to replace them with their actual texture? Both RDR2 and V first trailers had variety of pedestrians and leaked footages from august 2022 doesnt have one properly textured npc other than story characters.

The fact we didn't see proper textured/modelled peds doesn't mean they don't exist, it might just mean they're not in that build. 

 

A lot of the visual stuff starts coming together towards the end of development.

Late 2023 at max imo. Unless they want to reveal the game 1 year before it's released and don't delay it. I don't think they'd go into 2026 with no new game released.

if it doesnt get announced by the 7th i cant see it slipping past 2023. The game did not look to be 4 years off launch from the leaked footage, not to mention how theyve talked about it this year

How do you know it didn't look 4 years off? They can take whatever time they need to build it. It looked quite ways, in fact, so it's not outrageous to say it's 4 years off, plus with optimization,QA, marketing, and all that stuff. Also, they mentioned it only due to damage control to keep investors happy and reassured. Simple.

Nah, the pdf which had that screenshot was written for the developers at Rockstar. I believe it was related to the Camera or something? Not sure, but I do know that there was a small bit of instructions on how to build the project to play test it or something. The pdf file with the budget was leaked some time after the initial leaks, if I recall right.

I wonder if Gta VI has some usually Achievements/trophies that are not like the standard ones, for example a secret achievement/trophy where we have to play 30 minutes with both characters in underwear (this would show the people that are horny for Lucia or/and Jason)
