There are times the game doesn't save? If it was possible I will do them all over again just for you but that's not possible. One location that you might have missed is the vinewood hills, those were confusing. See them again.

If the console cycle is indeed the usual 7 year this time, then late 2025 is perfect, as Rockstar have recently been doing late-gen console games like RDR2. However with the chip shortage, I think it will be longer (8 to 9 years),  then perhaps a 2026 release can be possible, too.

You can follow this map with the circles I put and the main interactive one from gtalens.  After checking again vinewood area and find nothing, do Blaine County first, then Los Santos. They have to be in a single day. Also be sure to see if your game saves. Again it is useless so maybe don't bother with it, one day you might get it for free.

Maybe they'll wait until the illuminatis announce the Mass Relays the Kiffloms are hiding on the dark side of the moon and we start spreading through the galaxy, could the recent ufos be teasing this?

Dude trust me, they will wrap up the development of the game, then they will play test the final version of the game and fix any glitches that they find. Finally, they will reveal the game and heavily advertise it for a month until it releases! 
Plus that means we won’t have to worry about technical issues when it releases because the game will be almost bug free and we won’t have any info droughts because we will get trailers and infos on a weekly basis! All we have to do now is to stop talking about this game for the next 2 years so that we can live our lives without being bothered about waiting for that long!

Well at some point, but most of the time you want to sell as much as you can on the release date and I am telling you that people with real life don't care that much about new GTA so they need marketing at least few months prior to game release to have chance of potential customers noticing the game release.

Normal people don't watch gaming events, don't follow gaming social media, and don't care about that stuff so even In case of franchise big like Grand Theft Auto they need some sort of advertising prior to game release to know that the game will release. Theres a reason why Rockstar always spends so much on marketing my guy.

I am going to be honest, I am tempted to see how people would react if Rockstar Games revealed GTAVI in, let’s say, Spring 2024 and released it in Fall 2024. It would be funny to watch people become increasingly impatient and mad if 2023 goes by with no news about GTAVI

a game of this kind needs a proper span of time to be on the radar of maximum amount of players possible so expecting less than a year since the announcement and the release is quite unrealistic

 

then we can discuss if announcing a game in a way they adjust themselves to have the game ready in a 2-year span is something sought by them or not (I always thought it is)
