Ehhh, I think drawing such a conclusion from a twitter pic of 3 paragraphs meant for damage control is a bit of a stretch.. Plus, if they did have multiple projects and it wasn't just a generalized expression, the leaker would've probably known about them and made them public.

Rockstar is most likely already in the pre-production phase of their next game after VI, so there you go, you have ongoing projects. And even without counting that, whatever they're doing with GTAO, RDO, or even VI's online mode are probably also considered as separate projects too, so I'd say don't look too much into their wordings.

I remember seeing an IGN post in late 2010 that gta v is in early development or something other than that I don't remember much or if they directly said they were working on one, or it being a long 2 year gap until it gets announced.

Remember when Henderson announced that GTA VI will have 2 protagonists, male and female (turned out to be true)?

 

Later, however, he claimed that VI will have multiple protagonists, more than 2 (around the time he draw the modern Vice City fanart).

Is GTA 6 Already Running In The Wild?

While most reviewers/playtesters who might be checking GTA 6 out as we speak have to keep their lips shut due to NDAs, it seems like renowned Twitch streamer, xQc, has a mind of his own.

In the clip above, the streamer candidly talks about how he was blown away by the amount of RP options present in the get-go. Surprisingly though, the clip – originally posted on Twitch, was removed a few hours after it was initially posted. However, the damage, so to speak has been done.

In terms of the release date for GTA 6, with the fact that it is already being play-tested and xQc explicitly stated, it has finished developing. This indicates that we might be looking at a trailer or a release date for the game earlier than we initially expected.

 

 

This guy can't even talk properly, it's like he's got a stroke 24/7. I have no idea why so many people watch him.

 

Also, do some of y'all actually actively expect a trailer and refresh the Rockstar page every day? I thought it was just a joke

we know that they did indeed plan to have 4 (?) playable protagonists
