16 days before Halloween, Rockstar will start featuring UFOs within GTA Online. On October 23rd, the stealth UFO will appear instead of the regular UFO model.   Now I know what you thinking,

It'd certainly be interesting to know how far the game is developed at this point in time, obviously with the leaked stuff they were in a good place with the game a few years back now so surely they are either close or about done at this point you'd think? I'm guessing the main gameplay and map is pretty much complete. Who knows...

I wouldn't say it's complete but almost complete, gameplay part seems to be halfway complete.
