16 days before Halloween, Rockstar will start featuring UFOs within GTA Online. On October 23rd, the stealth UFO will appear instead of the regular UFO model.   Now I know what you thinking,

I'm not sure if this has been answered already, but Rockstar's website says VC was released on Oct 27, 2002, but Google says 29th.
What's it with this confusion?

Rockstar is now recruiting a Producer for Voiceover. This is the second job listing in relation to Voiceover. The first being the "Voiceover Director" job listing.

 

The first listing was filed back in August. Rockstar must be taking all of this into account preparing for next year.

 

My best guess? This is all in preparation of the local pedestrian VO sessions.

They do the voice overs for NPC’s at later stage? In the leaked clips we could already hear an “npc” talk about Jay Norris

If you’re talking about the Finland guy, those two were probably story characters rather than random NPCs.

I was thinking the same, I think the location we saw was a trailer park that Jason lives in, the crazy characters probably some fellow residents of the trailer park.

could be a trailer voiceover. Like they did with the GTA trailer back in like 2012-13

Highly doubt they'd hire a senior voiceover producer for a trailer they do once every game release.

They do hire an actor/actress for voiceovers in trailers, like the gameplay videos.

Yes, most likely on a limited-time contract for limited assignments. Given the requirements of the voiceover producer role, it's not only for a couple of sessions recording voiceovers for a couple of trailers.

They've literally just sat down to decided whether they'll actually do another game or not.

 

0.5% done, said a dev I've asked.
