Well, I already have trust issues. Are we positive that the anniversary of GTA Vice City is October 29? Or will another former employee of the company come to say that it was also in November?

Dude the "the one with the announcement" is just an inside joke. And the "Speculation & Discussion" part should be completely clear. Also you would expect a separate thread after the announcement, like "GTA VI Announced - Official Discussion", or similar

It's such a inside joke that me, an active member for 4 years now, didn't know about this joke, not to mention that I used to access GTAForums way before I even had a account previous to GTA 5's announcement, imagine the average joe.

just wait until the very end of the year if not then next year, you don't have to put specific dates as 100%.

We will see it soon unless something goes wrong with development and needs delay, we will know from rockstar if anything went wrong.

This or next year, I don't think it will go to 2024. I believe we are not far from its proper announcement and trailer.

I almost can’t believe RDR2 released 4 years ago. That was damn fast, I don’t  think 2025 will be that hard of waiting guys, it’s only 3 years.

being here and now it is sad to realize that it is quite possible that we will be able to see the announcement only in 2023 in the fall, not to mention the release. it's always easier to look back
