Next week we'll be here again on VC's anniversary, unless of course R* does decide to announce it this month but on a completely random date no one is expecting  There is once again no need to get into arguments about this, you can believe (or not) whatever you want, just don't be too mad at either side. It not happening today doesn't disprove (or prove) anything.

The thing I mentioned about shortage is related to what Len said about the short duration between the reveal and release, if they are actually aiming for a faster marketing cycle and a shorter time between the official announcement and the release of the game, they would be factoring in the availability of the consoles, it is now showing some signs of improving, but maybe it's not where it should be for them just yet.

 

They know the game will be a hit, the console manufacturers also know that it is a system seller, so the current shortage definitely has a play into this, it remains to be seen how much of an impact it actually has on their plans.

Exactly what happened with GTA V and RDR2  I both miss and don't miss the GTA V days, it was bloody crazy, very similar to this but even more desperation because we had no new info for months and months at one point...

Then we should convince everyone here to pump up T2's stocks in order to pressure them to pressure Rockstar to reveal something to appease to us investors before the investor call, otherwise we threaten to pull out

Wasn't here during the GTA V days so I (luckily) avoided that.

 

I was here during the RDR2 days though, the few months before release. My favourite times were when gaming journalists got to play a demo and then described their impressions and some observations, waiting for the gameplay trailer part 2, the 25-second leaked gameplay footage... Good times!
