GTA 6 Speculation & Discussion [Part 7] - The one with the announcement

today for most was the day because of the special stealth UFO might had reveal something not necessarily of the false anniversary date. Just someone put October 21st on wikipedia and everyone saw it, unless that was the UK release as some sites list. Even Rockstar's site has May 1998 for whatever reason.

I also thought that ufo will do something different but it is only different in how it looks nothing else about it. This is a speculation thread.

Okay, so this whole time I was a Rockstar employee actually, sorry for not telling everyone on time. Yes, we are laughing our asses off right now.

 

Proof that I'm an employee? I just got a call from Sam himself, he told me there will NOT be any announcement tomorrow. Now, react with  all you want, but we'll see who's right tomorrow!

This. Clinging on to dates and constantly refreshing the forums won't change the date and time of the announcement one iota. Advice to live by(on here), I used to be that guy in the V cycle and it was torturous. Then I stopped caring and one random day I saw Rockstar change their picture for RDR2 on Twitter and was like....NICE!

Obviously, if you enjoy it all then cool, fill your boots. But if it drives you mad and constantly dashes your hopes then just take a step back. You'll find out at the same as everyone else.

I never used to follow anything other then gtav dot net. When I saw the teaser on school pc on 25th, I lost my mind in excitement. Fast forward today, I love and played all of them. And still going.

I mean there is another date in October (GTA VC anniversary, GTA VI's location...) that makes more sense than today considering after all it wasn't even the proper franchise anniversary, but again no one should be going in actually expecting something to happen.

 

No need to get worked up about speculation, this rodeo of excitement, disappointment, wild speculation happens every pre-announcement/pre-release (you should've seen GTA V, topics got crazy like this every week!) and as much as it might be annoying for some, it's plenty of fun for others as we're all just a bunch of fans theorising on stuff or talking about stuff. Your reaction to "made-up" dates and speculation is fully up to you, and you shouldn't let posts from even someone like Tez phase you (because he won't know about stuff like that).

 

Month's not over yet I suppose
