To be honest, I'm not sure. I believe that with two protagonists, their narrative will be more tightly packed, and we may only get non-separate trailers to show for it.

Yeah, that's why I asked. It'd be cool, but I'm not sure if it'll be necessary. Maybe there'll be only one trailer that focuses on them two, and it'll be like Trailer #2 for RDR2 where we found out more about Arthur.

I have a feeling that there will be a prologue in another country (Cuba, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic for example), in which we will know the story of Lucia as an introduction.

tomorrow the speculation pre announcement hype for all these years may end , so i just wanna say that it was really fun coming here for the last couple of years ( 4 years lol ) for this game and will cherish these day's forever .

RDR2 debut trailer turns six today

People are saying that R* would release the trailer when no one expects it.

I disagree as the pre alpha gameplay has already been leaked.

So there is no scope for surprise. Hence,

R* should release it by the end of October as the leaks match with it.

I don't get why everyone is so caught up on Rockstar wanting to surprise us. The surprise as far as I'm concerned has already been revealed. We have known since February this is coming. Even @Tez2 is being more cryptic than usual so I have a funny feeling we'll at least get some new details about the game tomorrow.

Revealing that there are more cities than Vice City and the game is bigger than expected but idk..

I think some people think this return to Vice City will be some pink neon tinted 80's Vice City 2002 nostalgia. I think Rocktar will want to absolutely shake off that type of Vice City and do something completely new. A bit like Los Santos of GTA V barely had anything to do with 90's gangbanging scene.  It's kind of hard to characterize a city so stylishly as it is for the iconic Vice City of the 1980s. 80's Miami is so visually striking and identifiable from the likes of Miami Vice and Scarface. 

 

Stylistically, packaging this new modern Vice City will be something I can't even imagine how. San Andreas and Vice City I think were like concept albums: quite distinct in their visual style and content as well as beingimmediately recognisable. If Miami of the 80's was cocaine, pink neon, sex and excess, what is Miami today?

wouldn't that mean they should reveal it already? Do they really have to surprise us? They still will, the game will be better than what we saw.

Agree. And plus seeing that some Twitter accounts are going to claim every day is going to be the day the finally do the reveal I see no reason as to why Rockstar would even try to keep a secret. Given the evidence I think tomorrow is a completely reasonable and well thought out date with all the signs pointing to it. Even last year when the trilogy dropped the "Where's GTA 6" comments were still going rabid. I feel this reveal has been in planning for over a year since the house photo in SA DE. Rockstar's statements last month about no delays do indicate that we should get a reveal still this month.

people will always continue saying whatever days. Next time it will be december, then spring 2023, then fall 2023, it won't stop. We had announcements happen those months in the past from rockstar. GTA VI is anticipated by way too many people it doesn't matter if they wanna surprise us or not.
