Help locating file

Hello!  I've come in an hour of desperation and if I could a little help I would be so appreciative.  I've been trying to find the image file for the leg tattoo dragon's fury but haven't had any luck.  Does anyone have the file on hand or know what file it's located under?  If I know where to look I can get it myself.  Please, any assistance would be a godsend

THAT'S IT!  THANK YOU SOSOSOSOSOS MUCH!  You have no idea how much I needed that!  Thank you!  And I'll keep that file name so I have it!
