I have tried everything, and I CANNOT do this. Shooting on the PC is next to impossible. Even tried lobbing rockets at the cars and that did not work. 

 

If you get Wasted or Busted, or otherwise fail, pleae reload.

Pleae steal a car from the street (but you should be able to run to the Colonel's place). 

Afterwards, save at either Ocean Heights Apartments or Links View Apartments WHICHEVER IS CLOSEST. Do not open garge.

I completed the mission for you. Don't forget to change the version to PSG Launcher before downloading the savegame. Because I used the retail version.

So, when I go to download, I mark it as Steam/RSG Mod. When I load it, my game screen goes dark. What am I doing wrong ?
