Prices in GTAO: how to find out what the discount was?

Let's say you have an apartment. Or a Penthouse. Or a MOC/Avenger/Terrorbyte. Or just a car. Or a weapon (and you can't sell or exchange a weapon). So how to know if you bought it at a discount price? Is there any info in the game's files? Sometimes it's really confusing, because you can buy a property at one week (let's say 50% off) and rennovations for it few weeks later (but rennovations are just 25% off). So even when you see exchange prices, when you try to exchange a property, it's really hard to say how this all sums up. Same with cars: you can buy a car at a discount price, but you bought modifications for it for 100% price, so it's really hard to say, after some time, if that car was bought at discount or for 100% of its price, and what the discount was, because sell price at LSC is not only X% (60%?) of a car, but also a cost of all of its modifications. So how to find out the price of an item you have (either it's apartments, vehicles, wepons, or even outfits) AND its elements (rennovations, mods for cars or weapons, etc.)?

I'm talking about the past and things I've already bought. So accounting book won't help me to figure that out. But data mining will do. I just wanna know, let's say, if those appartments were bought for 100% prices, or with discount. I guess it was 50% discount.

E.g.: when I'm trying to trade in property (not like I want to), the prices for trade are:

Eclipse, Penthouse Suite 3: $330,000,

Eclipse, Penthouse Suite 1: $295,500,

Eclipse, Penthouse Suite 2: $271,500.

Initial sell prices are:

Eclipse, Penthouse Suite 3: $1,100,000,

Eclipse, Penthouse Suite 1: $985,000,

Eclipse, Penthouse Suite 2: $905,000.

I know you can't trade property or sell vehicles for full price, I guess you get 60% of initial price back. But I just wanna know if there's any info in the game's files about prices in the game. Just to find out if I bought those apartments for full price or with discount. I guess those prices are 60% off trade/exchange properties AND 50% off initial prices. Because $330,000 is a 60% off of 50% (not 100%) of initial price of $1,100,000. So that means I bought them all with 50% discount at a specific discount week. Because if I try to trade them now, those prices are 60% off from 50% of initial prices.

Why I wanna know this? Well, first of all, I'm just curious. I just wanna know more about data mining and how to find various info about various things from the game's files anyway, in general. But also because discounts cause some glitches: I can't change the yacht's rails (from gold to chrome), probably because I bought gold rails at discount price for yacht's rennovations, and now every time I try to change it to chrome it's transaction error, probably until those rennovations will be 50% off again. I also can't deliver one car from Auto Shop, by myself or with a help from NPC staff, because it's also says something about transaction fail. I guess it's also because I mod it at discount price at some dicounts week where all Auto Shop mods (or delivery payouts) where different. So this car is always in my Auto Shop, and I can't deliver it and get rid of it.

Gettin up

I remember buying a Lampadati Tigon when I got a -10 % discount from lucky wheel at the casino.

And yes, usually I buy the cars which I don't own, or want another one when those are on sale.

I don't think there's any way 'in game' to know if you bought the item at a discounted price until the time comes to sell that item.

I can sort of understand why you'd want to know this if you were a bit cash strapped. If you bought an item at full price, obviously that would sell for more than if you bought at a discount.

But as far as 'in game' goes, I don't think there's a way to find out how much you paid for it unless you kept a note yourself.

A nice little trick however, I bought a few cars at full price a while back and recently they became heavily discounted. I found that selling that fully modified car and then buying it back again was cheaper than keeping it.

But, obv if you're not strapped for cash, I can't imagine you would care that much as your income comes from more illegitimate legitimate means!
