High roller exit disguise (diamond casino heist) [resolved]

I am not able to select the high roller outfit as my exit disguise, only noose and firefighter disguises are available.
- I have collected all 54 playing cards across the map, 54/54 in my inventory.
- I started a fresh stealth approach heist after collecting the cards, then a big con approach heist after that.

- The optional task to get an exit disguise is not ticked off, the box is empty.
I'm not sure why high roller outfits aren't appearing as an option for me, please can anybody offer advice on what to do about this or clear up any misconceptions I have.

Start actual heist finale and you should be able to pick it.

Jep, don't need to do an exit disquise prep, the suits will be there in the finale.

I once changed session 3 or 4 times and restarted the game because my DCH finale board was showing the wrong equipment. 

 

It doesn't show the right equipment until you actually enter the finale.

 

Rockstar doesn't do UX
