Zello
Michael Mann has written a book about Heat that serves as a prequel and has said that he kind of wants to make it a movie. https://www.ign.com/articles/heat-2-michael-mann-movie I hope he does and kinda hope he doesn't. His later films haven't been good. Len Lfc and ACR
Donald Lov
I don't think we need it. Heat feels absolutely complete as it is. Nothing more needs to be added to it. Arrows to Athens
Jason
Yea this is one of those films that will probably get made but really shouldn't. I've not looked into the novel but if at any point Pacino and De Niro's characters meet prior to the events of the film it just ruins the entire thing, and a film telling the story of both of them in a way that never connects just doesn't make a lot of sense. Zello
He says he wants to turn it into a film now https://www.avclub.com/heat-2-heating-up-into-very-large-movie-michael-mann-1849197428 Michael Mann is 79 years old and Heat is one of his most passionate projects. He probably wants to make it before he gets even more older and dies. Also LA Takedown Heat before Heat Edited July 22 by Zello
