I know some wheel models are not paintable but in that case it should just be like "not available" I mean this sh*t is literally possible via any trainer, it's just like any other paint option. Ridiculous. It's just like when they forget to make an interior paintable that actually does have the ability. But it can’t be that hard can it? why do so many game issues never get fixed. Simple improvements never happen. I think changeable colors are basically on the vehicle's model, like if you take a car and open it up in ZModeler, a colorable interior will likely be "Paint7" or something like that and etc. IDK if whether it can be changed in game is based on carcols/carvariations, I've had replace .ytf/ytd files for certain cars with the options without needing a new carcols/variations or vehicles.meta and the color still managed to be changeable. It probably has to do with something about how they make options available for the car in LSC. For the Obey Omnis E GT example. There are no trim options for that car. But with a trainer, interior can be changed easily (don't bother though, it's pretty glitched and way darker than it should be). Only way you could do that in online is via merging which is what I did with my Paragons before they fixed them (which I don't recall exactly what they did as far as files). Exit LSC. Re-enter LSC, go to Sport section of wheels, buy stock wheels, DO NOT back out of Sport wheel submenu While STILL in the Sport wheel submenu, leave the game; either alt+F4 or join a friends game via SC overlay. Your car should now have coloured stock wheels. Various disclaimers: I always store the car in a regular 10-car garage before. Don't know if that matters. I do not know if other wheel categories work. ETA: Actually read the thread, several mentions of the method. Oh well. Not a fan of the stock wheels, the design is good but they are a little too big and cartoonish. Wheels are a huge problem across the board in this game. Very few have good fit and sizing. I don't like these light up badges on the hood of this and any cars either . Let's go give it a look..
