Custom plates problem

I've a problem with my custom plates. I was able to add them just until few weeks ago but then they suddenly disappeared in-game. I've read that may be linked to the fact I sold too many vehicles in short time. Is that true? Is there a way to fix this? App says the order has been completed but when I go to LS Customs with the car nothing happens. I sold some cars because I was searching for the ones with specific dashboards while selling the others. I've submitted a ticket but I'm not too optimistic about it.

Update: recently sold a single car and my first custom plate shown up again, after that i just needed to recreate the others.

So i supposed it is really related to how many cars you sell and in what amount of time. Don't know if it's a bug or not but if anyone has this problem just need to wait and try to sell a car after few weeks and see if this fixes the problem.

It's not necessarily how much you sell, were you duping?

Mmm no, I just bought quite some cars because I was searching for specific dashboards, I had to sell the rest, I sold too fast and this might caused the bug, I should have waited real time days between sells and/or sell one car at time.

 

At least now is "fixed". Support on Social Club can help you reset the plates as well.
